- Will I get in trouble for visiting Potspace.com?
In the U.S. no law is being broken by joining and using Potspace. Be sure to check the laws in your location if you're concerned. While the actual act of visiting Potspace may be legal, attempting to buy or sell illegal drugs online is still a crime. You should not use Potspace for any communications involving the buying or selling of anything illegal in your jurisdiction.
- Is Potspace free for me to use?
Potspace.com is free to use, however there are some limitations to using it for free. Since I develop the site myself and rely heavily on member contributions to pay the bills, I give contributors a few extra features or bonuses for helping . For more information click here.
- Why can I only send 50 messages/comments per day?
Due to the recent sharp increase in spam messages, we are limiting our members to send 50 messages or 50 comments per 24 hour period. Your limit resets back to zero every day at 5 AM EST. To avoid this limit consider becoming a Potspace VIP.
- How can I put music on my profile?
There are two ways to put music on your profile. You can use playlist.com to search for almost any song and add it to your playlist. Then you can have playlist.com generate code (choose option E. 'Get the code for any other social network, blog or your own personal website')which you can stick in your Potspace profile. The other option is to find a band on Potspace and add one of their songs to your profile by clicking on the right ARROW next to the song you like.
- Can I add a playlist from playlist.com?
Yes you can absolutely put playlist.com's playlist onto your profile. Generate code using option E.'Get the code for any other social network, blog or your own personal website' to be sure the code works with your Potspace profile.
- How come I'm not receiving my password reset email?
If you're not receiving your password reset emails, try using a different email address such as Yahoo or Gmail. Note to AOL users, most stoners not receiving confirmation emails seem to have AOL email addresses. If you use AOL or AIM email addresses be sure to register using a different email service provider such as Yahoo,Gmail, Hotmail, Potspace, etc.
